Changing the way you think about your game and your body
Don’t Drift This Offseason
Most golfers don’t fall apart when the season starts.
They fall apart long before it ever begins.
The decline usually starts in the offseason.
Ironically, this is exactly when progress should begin.
The offseason isn’t dangerous because you’re not playing golf.
It’s dangerous because habits loosen.
And when habits loosen, your body pays the price.
Here’s the hard truth.
Your body doesn’t stay the same just because you’re not swinging a club.
You can’t expect it to show up in the spring the same way it felt at the end of last season.
If you’re not preparing your body for the demands of the swing,
It goes cold.
You regress.
And regression doesn’t announce itself.
It shows up later as tight hips.
A cranky back.
A shoulder that “never used to bother me.”
By the time the season starts, the damage is already done.
That’s why the smartest golfers use this time differently.
They don’t chase swing thoughts.
They don’t wait for pain to force action.
They work on the one thing that controls everything else.
Their body.
When your body moves better, everything else follows.
And if something already feels off right now?
That’s not bad luck.
That’s information.
Your body is telling you exactly what needs attention.
The question is whether you’re listening.
Or postponing the conversation until spring.
Because problems ignored don’t disappear.
They compound.
And the longer you wait, the higher the cost becomes — in time, performance, and missed rounds.
So if you’re serious about feeling better and playing your best when the season returns…
We should talk.
It starts by scheduling your FREE first session.
Until then,
Take care and talk soon,
